George Eisman is considered one of the nation's foremost educators on vegetarian nutrition. He has served as a faculty member in Dietetics and Nutrition at several universities and colleges and created the first accredited program in Vegetarian Studies. He has worked in a children's hospital, a nursing home and for public health agencies in four states. Eisman has spoken at numerous events and conferences and is the author of two books, The Most Noble Diet (1994) and A Basic Course in Vegetarian and Vegan Nutrition (2003). A program fee of $50 includes lecture and educational materials. To help offset the cost, George Eisman donates 20% of his book proceeds at the event to the hosting organization. Talks can be tailored to run from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours and are followed by a 15-minute question and answer period. Speaker hosts are responsible for providing a location for the engagement with seating for at least 35 people and a table for book sales and Veg for Life educational materials. Farm Sanctuary can provide publicity assistance.

Farm Sanctuary will provide a promotional flyer and send a community calendar listing for talks, provided information is finalized and submitted to Farm Sanctuary 6 weeks prior to talk date. Farm Sanctuary will send an alert, if ALL information is submitted 3 weeks prior to the talk date.
